If your computer remains inactive for a certain period of time, we end your session (you will need to log in again) so no one else can activate your account. You need to help us keep your account safe.

2. Will I have to pay if my account is used by someone else? No. Not once you've told us you've lost your account number/passcode and login ID or you suspect your account is being misused. Please note: If someone misuses your account without your permission and you have not informed us that the account is liable to misuse, the most you will be liable for is the first £50 of any transaction.
